S&P Global Ratings affirmed its ‘AA-‘ issuer credit rating (ICR) on Wisconsin Housing Preservation Corp. (WHPC) in November 2022. S&P’s opinion of the corporation includes low industry risk, strong financial performance, and stable outlook, among other factors.
